Egyptian Modern Pentathlon Federation

The Egyptian Federation of Modern Pentathlon is the national federation recognized by the Egyptian Olympic Committee as the Egyptian governing body for the sport of Modern Pentathlon. Known most commonly by its acronym “EFMP” the organization is organized under the laws of Egypt and its headquarters are located in the Principality of Monaco. HSH Prince Albert of Monaco, who is a competitor in the sport of Modern Pentathlon, serves as the Honorary President of the EFMP.

The Egyptian Federation of Modern Pentathlon is the national federation recognized by the Egyptian Olympic Committee as the Egyptian governing body for the sport of Modern Pentathlon. Objectives of EFMP

The objectives of the EFMP, as provided in its statutes are:

To promote the development of the Modern Pentathlon with a view to raising the level of performances in this sport as well as in other multidisciplinary sports.

The present Association shall exercise the general management of all of these sports at local and international level, shall lay down local regulations applicable in Egypt and shall supervise the application and good enforcement of these regulations and the organisation of all official events and sports competitions.

The present Association shall develop friendly, loyal collaboration between all club's organisations or associations with a view to promoting non-violent practice of the Modern Pentathlon and other multidisciplinary sports.

The means of action of the organization as stated in it s statutes include sports publications, meetings, conferences, exhibitions, sports grants, and aid to athletes, clubs and others.
